Golf has become extremely popular recently with young people. You now see people of all ages
teeing it up these days. Getting "away from it all" for some is heading to the golf course.

that you exercise these muscles in order to keep them strong and prevent injury. However, unlike
many "gym rats" that like to hang out at the local fitness centers and get buffed up by lifting
weights, your goal is different and there are some exercises that can actually do you more harm
than good. Read on.

Baby Steps To Begin With

Make sure to stretch thoroughly before you perform any exercise. This is important so that you're
not so sore afterword and it also helps prevent injury.

When stretching you should pretend that you're actually taking a shot and slowly stretch your
body in one swinging motion. Follow through your swing stretch until it's slighly uncomfortable for
you and then hold it for a few seconds without bouncing. Don't bounce as it can hurt your muscles.
Do a couple reps of stretches and then switch sides.

Stretching should last at least 10-15 minutes and you should have a "cool down" stretching session
after finishing your workout. This will help to ease your soreness afterword. Don't overdo it! There's
nothing more discouraging than hurting yourself when starting a workout routine. Take your time
and pace yourself. Remember that your body is different than others and you need to build your
workouts at your own pace. Remember that the competition will win every time when you're hurt.

up your routines in order to workout your muscles evenly and not neglect anything of importance
