Choosing an ideal place for your honeymoon is one of the best parts of

planning a wedding.  For couples planning a Las Vegas wedding the post

is even sweeter because not only is Las Vegas “The Wedding Capital” it

is an ideal spot for honeymooners.

If you are like the many couples who decided on a Las Vegas wedding, you

can follow in their foot steps and choose from the multitude of

activities available to you and your new spouse.

Las Vegas may be famous for its casinos but it is also a great place for

honeymooners.  While in the research phase of your Las Vegas wedding

planning you most likely searched for Las Vegas wedding information and

discovered many interesting locations that you would like to explore in

Fabulous Las Vegas.

Whether you prefer romantic resorts, sophisticated hotels, old Hollywood

or jungle safari’s you can find it in Vegas.  And because Las Vegas is a

top wedding destination, you can also expect to get great travel deals

on honeymoon packages.

Las Vegas is home of top hotels like The Bellagio, The Wynn, The MGM

Grand Hotel, Caesar’s Palace and the likes.  These hotels are also home

to the top shows and the best restaurants, where you can spend romantic

dinners together.  Get mesmerized with the millions of lights that adorn

the streets of Las Vegas.

Las Vegas is not limited to casinos and The Las Vegas Strip.  If you are

the outdoors type you can book a tour of the Hoover Dam.  Experience the

wonders of nature at the Valley of Fire.  Take in the beauty of the

Mountains at Red Rock Canyon or Mount Charleston.  If you are traveling

during the winter months you can hit the slopes on Mount Charleston.

For those up for an adventure you can feat your eyes on the beauty of

the Grand Canyon or the Arizona Spillway.  The Reclamations Tour will

educate you on how the Nevada generators work, but this tour is not for

the fait of heart, you will be going down the canyon.

The Boulder nook is the place to be if you are a “Celeb Watcher”,

because this is a favorite destination of presidents and celebrities.

And for the brave of heart be sure to visit the Boulder Dam Hotel,

number four on the list of “Top Haunted Hotels In the United States”.

Another favorite for celebrity watchers are the many nightclubs and

restaurants seen in tabloids worldwide that are frequented by some of

Las Vegas’ most famous fans.  And don’t leave the place without visiting

Tabu if you want to go celebrity spotting.

As you would imagine the night life is bustling in Las Vegas and you

will surely be entertained by the various lounge acts all over the

strip. If you want to experience Mardi Gras in Vegas then visit Rain and

give your better half an unforgettable honeymoon.

But if you truly want to rub elbows with the worlds most famous faces

then Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum is the place to be.  Witness Vegas

history with Sinatra and Dean Martin or visit with Liborace at the

Liborace

Museum, where his jewelry costumes and piano are on display. And don’t

forget to visit with the sweetest celebrities at M & M World.

And of course no trip is complete without shopping.  No matter what your

budget Las Vegas has everything you could dream of. Stop by at the

Miracle Mile Shops, located at the Planet Hollywood—it is really a

miracle for shopaholics as this place carries over 170 shops to suit

your fancy!

Le Boulevard at Paris is the place to be for those who want to have a

glimpse of what shopping at any European shop would be like.  If you

want to experience Paris in Vegas then this is it!  The Forum Shops at

Ceasar’s Palace and the truly extravagant shops at the Wynn which

features stores from the worlds most exclusive designers.

Other shops and malls worthy to visit are Via Bellagio, Showcase Mall,

Hawaiian Marketplace and the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian.  You

can also visit the different shopping malls off the strip of Vegas like

Galleria,   Monte Lago Village and the Las Vegas Premium Outlets.

Las Vegas is lacking nothing in the way of entertainment.  And you are

sure to have a wonderful honeymoon to your unforgettable nuptials.
