Stress is not all bad. In actuality, some stress can make life interesting and exciting, we have deadlines and commitments to make. Rather than trying to eliminate stress entirely, we have to control stress the best we can.

It would be wonderful if we could come up with the exact  level of stress a person could accept without going to far.  However, maximum stress levels tend to be different from  person to person and from situation to situation.

Likewise, a person who likes a challenge would be stressed out in a job that is always doing the same old thing, while a person that dislikes change is stressed out in a job that is always changing.

Many people say that sickness may be stress related. Finding yourself sick most of the time and you are feeling  anxious or jittery a lot of the time, you must find ways to deal with your stress.

Dealing with stress and keeping it at bay  needs to be learned. It can't be done overnight,but keeping  after it will help deal with ones stress.

We should find out what is causing are stress.. Is It financial? Could it be work related? Maybe a death in the  family?

Maybe consolidating all your debt would ease your  financial burden. Maybe consulting with your boss would help  your situation at work. Maybe talking to a family member may  ease your mind of a loved one.
 
The main thought here is finding ways that are causing your stress and find ways to lesson the impact. Being in control of your emotions while under stress is the one positive to have.

A lot of times stress makes us think negatively causing us not to make clear decisions.Taking time to evaluate stress in situations that we encounter will help in reducing your  stress level..

Stress can also effect your physical being.You could be losing weight because of stress, maybe and ulcer, If severe  see your physician. Develop deep breathing techniques to  keep your heart rate down.

Sometimes just take a break from day to day activities to get some alone time to help you through stress full times. Do something that you enjoy to do.

Strengthening your body is another great way to fight stress. One form of exercise is yoga, which has a calming  effect on the body. Jogging is great stress reducer. Quit  smoking and drinking alcohol.

Eating the proper foods and avoiding caffeine and sugar help lower stress levels, plus getting the proper amount of sleep at nite.All these ideas will help you deal when times in your life seem to be getting out of control.

Everyday living stress is always gonna be there. Evrerybody has some form of stress they deal with day to day. Some people  handle stress better than others. You just have to know what triggers your stress.

Knowing what triggers your stress and being able to take astep back from it, to think the situation through and come upwith a solution, helps to build up your confidence to handlingstress.

Remember to slow down your thought process, stress wants to speed everything up. Find out what triggers your stress and develop and anti trigger.
